Zombie

Light and dark rum shaken with apricot brandy, pineapple, orange and lime, topped with a layer of Bacardi 151.

Ingredients

60ml Light rum
30ml Dark rum
30ml Apricot brandy
5ml sugar
30ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Orange juice
30ml Lime juice
15ml 151% Rum

Method

Shake rums, brandy, simple syrup & juices over ice. Pour into hurricane glass. Float 151 on top.
