Thai Basil Wallbanger
An oriental twist on a summer classic. The Thai basil works perfectly with vodka and orange and is rounded off with a hint of vanilla.
Ingredients
30ml Vodka
30ml Galliano
Dash vanilla sugar
5 Thai basil leaves
60ml orange juice
Method
In mixing glass muddle basil in sugar then add all ingredients and shake with cubed ice.
Double strain over cubed ice into highball glass.
Garnish with basil flower and basil leaves inside the glass.
