Summer Brude
Chartreuse, developed by monks as an elixir for all sorts of ailments, now brought to you with a refreshing blast of citrus and ginger beer.
Ingredients
50ml Chartreuse
Ginger beer
1/2 Lime
Method
Build in a rocks glass over cubed ice, squeeze lime on top and fill with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime wedge.
