Scooby Snack
Coconut rum, banana and melon liqueur, shaken with pineapple and whipped cream to arrive at this tropical delight.
Ingredients
15ml coconut rum 15ml banana liqueur 15ml melon liqueur 15ml pineapple juice 45ml whipped cream
Method
Pour rum, liqueurs and pineapple juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Add whipped cream, and shake; until well mixed and sufficiently chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
