Ramos Gin Fizz Cocktail

A decadant concoction of gin, cream, and a medley of citris flavours gives this cocktail a delicate aroma and a tangy kick.

Ingredients

60ml gin,
60ml cream,
15ml fresh lemon juice,
15ml fresh lime juice,
2 drops orange, blossom water (optional),
10ml powdered sugar,
1 egg white,
15ml club soda

Method

Put in blender with cracked ice, or shake long and steady. Pour into a tall glass and add a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
