Pretty in pink with a blend of gin, grenadine, light cream, a splash of lemon juice, egg white and sugar.
5ml tsp light cream,
5ml tsp lemon juice,
1 egg white,
1 cherry to garnish
Dip the rim of a bowl shaped cocktail glass into grenadine and then dip into caster sugar to create a bright pink, frosted rim. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass, garnish with a cherry.
