Mint Julep
Refreshing muddled mint with bourbon, served tall over ice.
Ingredients
60ml bourbon
Dash of simple syrup mint
Method
In a silver julep glass, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add 30ml Bourbon, fill with crushed ice and add rest of bourbon. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
