Liberty Cocktail
White rum and apple brandy with a bitter sweet flavour. Served over ice.
Ingredients
20ml White rum
20ml Apple brandy
1 sugar cube
1 lime wedge
Method
Put a sugar cube onto a lime wedge in a small glass. Add rum and apple brandy and stir well. Add more ice, stir and serve.
