Kir Royale

A delightful combination of sweet blackcurrant liqueur and champagne. A world famous aperitif named after the former mayor of Dijon.

Ingredients

20ml Creme de Cassis
Top with Champagne
Twist of lemon garnish

Method

Pour Creme de Cassis in bottom of wine glass or flute. Fill with champagne, and garnish with the twist.
