Hurricane
A fruity mix of lime, pineapple, orange and blackcurrent mixed with white and dark rum.
Ingredients
90ml dark rum
25ml white rum
45ml passion fruit syrup
25ml lime juice
25ml pineapple juice
25ml orange juice
30ml blackcurrent syrup (can get from a tin of blackcurrents)
Method
Shake with ice and serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with slices of pineapple and orange and a cherry.
