Gin Rickey
A refreshing blend of gin, citrus flavours and soda water. A classic from the 1930s.
Ingredients
Juice and rind of half a lime,
60ml gin,
soda water
Method
Squeeze lime onto ice in tall glass, drop peeled rind into glass. Add gin and stir, then top with soda water.
