Gimlet

A gin martini mixed with a splash of fresh lime juice, served chilled.

Ingredients

45ml gin or vodka,
20ml lime juice,
garnish with a lime wedge

Method

Stir with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
