Named after Charles Gibson, illustrator of the corseted Gibson girls in the early 1900s - gin or vodka stirred, served with 2 cocktail onions.
Ingredients
60ml gin or vodka,
20ml dry vermouth,
Garnish with 2 cocktail onions
Method
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with skewered cocktail onions, omit vermouth if ordered dry.
