Chambord Fruit Cup
The magic of a Raspberry Fruit Cup! This cocktail strikes a truly amazing fusion of refreshment and complexity. Hand-pressed lemon, orange, lime, cucumber, strawberry and mint lengthened with Chambord.
Ingredients
45ml Chambord 1 x Lime wedge 1 x Lemon wedge 1 x Orange wedge 2 Slices cucumber 1 Diced strawberry 4 Mint leaves Dry ginger ale to top.
Method
Squeeze & drop citrus wedges into highball glass, add rest of fruit & Chambord, fill with ice, top with dry ginger ale & stir. Garnish with mint sprig & cucumber.
