A refreshing twist on everyone’s favourite! A healthy measure of white rum with freshly smashed mint and muddled berries, finished with sweet Chambord.
45ml White rum
5-7 mint leaves
10ml sugar syrup
Muddle berries with mint and sugar syrup in a mixing glass.
Add the alcohol and shake with cubed ice then single strain into empty, chilled, highball glass and fill with crushed ice.
Stir drink, then crown with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint sprig.
